Increased protection
Steel, burglar-resistant door. Laboratory confirmed resistance to break-in — security class 2 (RC2) in accordance with the latest standard EN 1627:2011.
- At least one lock of no less than 3rd security class, protected by an unbreakable plate;
- Good sound insulation (41 dB Rw (C;Ctr)) and thermal insulation (1.3 W/(m²K));
- May be fire-resistant (EI30, EI45), smoke-proof (SM C5);

Basic Equipment
- Door frame — bent G-shaped profile 100 mm, fixed in the door opening with 16 pins, protected by steel sleeves with a diameter of 24 mm.
- Door leaf — a special bent metal structure with 100% insulation made of stone wool with a thickness of 50 mm; overall leaf thickness is 75 mm; with a lock protection box.
- Hinges with supporting bearings.
- Protective pins for door hinges — 2 pcs. with a diameter of 16 mm and 4 pcs. with a diameter of 12 mm.
- Sealing gaskets — 2 pcs.

Protection
The specially curved L-shaped door frame, which is 100 mm wide, is not only wider than a typical "steel" door, but also has six bending edges, making it stronger than a rectangular or tubular frame, which only has four bending edges. In addition, this frame is fastened into the opening with 16 steel pins that are protected by 24 mm steel sleeves, so there is no need to embed them in concrete. The internal structure of the door is also reinforced with stiffening ribs, which prevent deformation of the door during break-ins, and the lock is additionally protected by a metal box.
Locks with at least a 3rd grade of security can be installed in this door model, one of which should be protected by an unpickable plate.
On the hinge side, there are 6 protective pins that prevent lifting of the door leaf after cutting the hinges. Two pins (16 mm thick) rotate on bearings, making them difficult to cut. The remaining four (12 mm thick) are stable.

Keeps your home warm.
Rodlux Standart 2, like all other models of Rodlux doors, due to its unique and well-insulated metal construction, is one of the best energy-saving protective doors in Lithuania and the entire EU.
Since the leaf structure of the folded profile has no enclosed cavities, it can be fully insulated with a 50 mm thick rock wool slab. The G-shaped frame and the threshold made of bent profile ensure a special tightness, since an additional gasket is glued around the perimeter (a total of two gaskets). In addition, the frame made of bent profile is fully insulated, unlike the use of closed profiled tubular structures.
The thermal transmittance coefficient of Rodlux Standart 2 is 1.3 W/(m²-K), which is the same as for 6-chamber plastic windows (the lower the coefficient, the more heat is retained). Thus, this door is suitable not only for an apartment but also for an individual house (using materials suitable for outdoor conditions).

Good sound insulation and prevents odors from entering.
Thanks to the fully insulated construction of Rodlux Standart 2 doors, they have a sound insulation of 41 dB. So, if the city noise behind your door is about 60 dB, you will only hear it at 19 dB (noise 60 dB - door sound insulation 41 dB = 19 dB). Such a level of sound will not even disturb your sleep (the recommended noise level for bedrooms and children's rooms is 25-30 dB).
This door is particularly airtight, so it protects against odors and smoke coming from the staircase or outside the house.

Fireproof
Using additional fireproof elements, Rodlux Standart 2 provides protection from fire for up to 45 minutes and can withstand temperatures up to 1000oC. This is especially important in apartment buildings, where fire can spread from neighboring apartments or in cases of door arson, and in private homes, such as in the boiler room or garage.

Durable, long-lasting, and easy to use
Since all Rodlux doors are manufactured on high-precision Amada programmable machines capable of processing metal with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, their construction is precise and even. Thanks to the use of bearings-supported hinges, they are particularly easy to open and close despite the heavy weight typical of metal doors. Laboratory tests have shown that after 200,000 repeated cycles, the structure of the Rodlux Standart 2 door remains absolutely unchanged.
Since there are no closed cavities in the interior structure of the door, the entire metal structure is fully coated with a powder paint designed for especially long-term protection of the metal surface from corrosion.
The finishing of the doors is usually done with painted or laminated PVC films on MDF or Umidax-HLS boards. Polyurethane paint is used for painting, which is resistant to moisture and does not fade in the sun, while the finishing panel, laminated with PVC film, is particularly scratch-resistant and the corners do not break.

Ease of maintenance
The finish of the doors, whether painted or laminated with PVC film, does not require special care and is easy to clean.

You can choose from almost 200 finishing options that we offer or we can manufacture doors according to an individual project prepared by an architect or by us.
If a higher level of protection is required, choose models of secure doors Rodlux Standart 2, Rodlux Standart 3 or Rodlux Standart 4, the burglar protection of which has also been tested and approved by the authorized research laboratory IFT Rosenheim in Germany.

Guarantees
There is a 5-year warranty for the metal door structure. In indoor conditions, there is a 3-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating of the metal door structure.
In outdoor conditions, there is a 2-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating of the galvanized metal door structure.
Door finishes:
- MDF board, laminated with PVC film (for indoor use) - 3 years.
- Umidax HLS board painted on the inside - 1 year (warranty does not apply to external use).
- Umidax HLS panel laminated with PVC film (warranty does not apply to external use).
- Umidax HLS panel laminated with PVC film for outdoor use for the inside of the door - 1 year.
- WRB paint - 3 years (for outdoor and indoor use).
- EDM paint - 50 years warranty for the board and 3-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating.
- Natural wood or veneer finishes are available upon special order. The warranty for indoor conditions is 3 years. The warranty does not apply to external conditions.
- Locks - according to the manufacturer's warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to eyelets, handles, gaskets, lock finishing details.
