Exceptionally high security
Rodlux Standart 5 – PREMIUM PLUS are our proprietary, in-house designed and manufactured doors offering exceptionally high resistance to burglary. They provide protection not only against a highly skilled intruder, but also against attacks using various electric cutting and drilling tools.
- Burglary resistance certified to Security Class 5 (RC5) in accordance with the latest EN 1627:2021-11 standard;
- At least one lock with a security classification no lower than Class 7;
- Additional locking mechanisms at the top and bottom;
- Locks additionally installed in protective lock boxes;
- Manufactured precisely to the client’s required dimensions;
- Unlimited design options; single-leaf doors opening inward or outward;
- Doors can be supplied with or without an insulated glass unit, according to client preference;
- Suitable for premises requiring exceptionally high security, as well as public or commercial buildings.
Base configuration
- Door frame – folded steel profile, 120 mm wide; fixed into the wall opening with 20 anchors, protected against cutting by 24 mm steel sleeves.
- Door leaf – special metal construction; total leaf thickness: 97 mm.
- Reinforced, adjustable hinges with support bearings – 4 pcs.
- Protective hinge bolts, 16 mm diameter – 10 pcs.
- Sealing gaskets – 2 pcs.
- Lock protected by two manganese drill-resistant plates.
