Increased protection
The Rodlux Standard 4 is the most burglar-resistant door that we produce. It will protect against skilled burglars who use various tools such as crowbars, hammers, cutting and drilling tools.
Burglary resistance has been confirmed in a prestigious laboratory - Security Class 4 (RC4) according to the latest standard EN1627:2011.
- The security class is lower than 7 in at least one lock.
- A reliable three-sided lock, protected by two plates made of manganese alloy, resistant to drilling.
- Locks are installed in steel protective boxes.
- Especially good sound insulation (45 dB).
- It can be made fire-resistant EI45/EI60;
- It is manufactured precisely to the required size;
- Unlimited design options, single or double doors, opening inwards or outwards;
- Suitable for premises requiring special security, apartments, public or commercial buildings, individual houses, cottages (with finishing adapted to external conditions).
Basic equipment
- Door frame - bent G-shaped profile 115 mm, fixed in the door opening with 17 pins, protected by steel bushings with a diameter of 24 mm.
- Door leaf - a special patented triple metal structure with 100% insulation with two panels of stone wool, each 30 mm thick; total thickness of the leaf is 91 mm; with lock protection boxes.
- Reinforced adjustable hinges with support bearings.
- Locking pins of door hinges with a diameter of 16 mm - 8 pieces.
- Sealing gaskets - 2 pieces.
- The lock(s) are installed in protective steel boxes. The safe lock is protected by 2 manganese plates resistant to drilling.
- Rods of three locking directions are additionally protected by steel tubes.

Protection
The specially curved G-shaped door frame, with a width of 115 mm, is not only wider than conventional "armored" doors, but also has 8 bending edges for strength, which is twice as many as rectangular or tubular frames, which have only 4 bending edges. In addition, this frame is attached to the opening with 17 pins, which are protected from cutting with 24 mm steel bushings, so there is no need to concrete the frame. The internal structure of the door leaf is reinforced with stiffness ribs that prevent deformation during door break-in. This door model must be equipped with locks of at least 7 security classes. These locks are installed in protective steel boxes. Safe locks are protected by 2 manganese plates resistant to drilling, and each lock pin in the frame is protected by a separate protective bushing.

Good sound insulation and prevents odors from entering.
Thanks to the fully insulated construction of the door with a 60mm thick stone wool panel (2 panels, each 30mm thick), the sound insulation of the Rodlux Standart 4 door reaches 45 dB. Thus, if the city noise outside your door is about 60 dB, you will only hear it at 15 dB (60 dB noise - 45 dB door sound insulation = 15 dB). This level of sound won't even disturb your sleep (the recommended noise level for bedrooms and children's rooms is 25-30 dB).
This door is especially tight, so it provides excellent protection against odors and smoke coming from the stairwell or outside the house.

Fireproof
Using additional fireproof elements, Rodlux Standart 4 provides protection from fire for up to 120 minutes and can withstand temperatures up to 1000oC. This is especially important in apartment buildings, where fire can spread from neighboring apartments or in cases of door arson, and in private homes, such as in the boiler room or garage.

Durable, long-lasting, and easy to use
Since all Rodlux doors are manufactured on high-precision Amada programmable machines capable of processing metal with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, their construction is precise and even. Thanks to the use of bearings-supported hinges, they are particularly easy to open and close despite the heavy weight typical of metal doors. Laboratory tests have shown that after 200,000 repeated cycles, the structure of the Rodlux Standart 2 door remains absolutely unchanged.
Since there are no closed cavities in the interior structure of the door, the entire metal structure is fully coated with a powder paint designed for especially long-term protection of the metal surface from corrosion.
The finishing of the doors is usually done with painted or laminated PVC films on MDF or Umidax-HLS boards. Polyurethane paint is used for painting, which is resistant to moisture and does not fade in the sun, while the finishing panel, laminated with PVC film, is particularly scratch-resistant and the corners do not break.

Ease of maintenance
The finish of the doors, whether painted or laminated with PVC film, does not require special care and is easy to clean.

Guarantees
There is a 5-year warranty for the metal door structure. In indoor conditions, there is a 3-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating of the metal door structure.
In outdoor conditions, there is a 2-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating of the galvanized metal door structure.
Door finishes:
- MDF board, laminated with PVC film (for indoor use) - 3 years.
- Umidax HLS board painted on the inside - 1 year (warranty does not apply to external use).
- Umidax HLS panel laminated with PVC film (warranty does not apply to external use).
- Umidax HLS panel laminated with PVC film for outdoor use for the inside of the door - 1 year.
- WRB paint - 3 years (for outdoor and indoor use).
- EDM paint - 50 years warranty for the board and 3-year warranty for the paint and varnish coating.
- Natural wood or veneer finishes are available upon special order. The warranty for indoor conditions is 3 years. The warranty does not apply to external conditions.
- Locks - according to the manufacturer's warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to eyelets, handles, gaskets, lock finishing details.
